Improve Workplaces
Good workplaces don’t happen by accident. We help organisations evolve their cultural, physical and technological working environments. We create a framework in which people, teams and companies can flourish.
Typical challenges faced by our customers
- Unclear or inconsistent working conditions and processes
- Skilled workers resign because structures are no longer suitable
- Technology or working environments that hinder rather than help
- Lack of feedback, participation and transparency
Offers
We analyse how your company is actually perceived as an employer – compared to your own perception. Based on data, well-founded and covering the entire employee journey, we reveal the gaps. The result: a realistic target vision and concrete recommendations for action that work.
Every company is different – that’s why our solutions are never off-the-shelf. Together, we develop joint projects that work, based on your reality and goals. We create the framework for workplaces that are more flexible, transparent, effective, adaptable, responsible and appreciative.

Procedure
Listening
We start with genuine curiosity: What is going well – and what isn’t? Where are the real levers? Interviews, data analyses and observations create a well-founded picture between self-perception and external perception – as a basis for smart decisions.
Understanding
We shed light on the interactions between structures, culture and behaviour. Together, we prioritise areas of action that promise the greatest added value.
Act
We develop targeted initiatives and projects – from the pilot phase to systematic implementation. In doing so, we consistently pay attention to the relationship between effort and benefit: pragmatic, focused and effective.
Visible
You will recognise the most effective levers for strengthening employer attractiveness along the employee journey – in black and white.
Experiential
A working environment that empowers employees, supports leadership and enables performance.
Measurable
- Reduction in staff turnover and absenteeism
- Faster onboarding of new employees
- Higher satisfaction (e.g. eNPS Employee Net Promoter Score)
- Better utilisation of HR investments (tech, benefits, programmes)
Frequently Asked Questions
How does the Reality Check differ from a traditional employee survey? The Reality Check is more targeted, streamlined and practical than many conventional employee surveys. It is based on a compact self-assessment, selected qualitative stimuli and a structured workshop – without lengthy questionnaires or survey fatigue. For the organisation, this means less effort, greater relevance and faster implementation. In short: less effort, more impact.
For which company size is the Reality Check suitable? The check is suitable for organisations with approximately 50 employees or more.
How complex is the process for us internally? We deliberately keep the effort involved to a minimum. A brief self-assessment, a structured workshop and occasional pulse checks are sufficient to gain sound insights.
Who should be involved internally? The ideal mix is HR, leadership, corporate development and – depending on the focus – sustainability or communication. It is important that the key designers of the workplace are also involved.
Can we also book individual modules separately?Yes. Reality Check has a modular structure and can be used flexibly – either as a stimulus or as a starting point for more comprehensive development.
How soon will we see the first results?Findings are already emerging in the workshop. You will receive the final recommendations shortly afterwards – many organisations start their first projects, pilots or initiatives immediately afterwards.
How do we integrate the results into ESG/sustainability reporting? We support you in preparing relevant findings in such a way that they can be used in your sustainability reporting – with a sound qualitative and quantitative basis.
